My name is Davids, and I am a student, poet and photographer currently based in Beijing. I have always been passionate about capturing the beauty of the world around me, whether through words or images. Indeed, exploring the world we live in, and trying to answer the question “what does it mean to be human”?

As a poet, I find inspiration in everything from nature to the human experience. I believe that poetry has the power to connect us to our emotions and to each other, and even to people who perhaps lived hundreds of years ago and are no longer around. I strive to create work that is both thought-provoking and deeply felt.

In my photography, I aim to capture moments of beauty and wonder that might otherwise go unnoticed. Whether it’s the play of light on a landscape or the expression on a person’s face, I believe that every image has the potential to tell a story.

When I’m not writing or taking pictures, you can usually find me exploring the outdoors, reading a good book, spending time with my loved ones, or more recently, skating on my longboard.

In the longer term, I hope that this website and the works that come from it serve as a small but meaningful addition to the great library of human knowledge and creations.
